Turn Your Projects into Visual Power‑Plays
Great architectural design requires people with specialized skill sets. It requires creative problem solving abilities, an eye for aesthetics and dedication to the craft. Architectural Photography is much the same.
Architecture firms & construction companies can easily spend hundreds if not thousands of hours completing projects. And at the end of that project, having amazing photos of that space can prove to be an extremely valuable asset! Not only does it commemorate your all of your hard work, it can also be used to promote your business, and visually demonstrate your own unique brand of strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills in your respective marketplace.
At the end of the day, those photographs are the next best thing to having a potential client physically standing in one of your spaces. Any time you're able to put your brand in front of a prospect, it’s an opportunity. So make it count! Sure, quality imagery has a cost attached to it, no doubt. But so does hiring an architecture firm or construction company right?
Your projects deserve high level architectural photography and Digital Art That Rocks™ is here to help! The imagery that you use in your company's marketing and advertising collateral are a crucial element in establishing visual credibility and building long term brand value in a saturated market.

This really depends on the project and scope of work. On average, most of the client projects that I take on are usually completed within 1-2 weeks from the time I get started on a project.
-
Creative Fee + Post Production + Travel + Expenses = Project Fee.
The project fee includes a standard usage license. Any usage beyond the standard license is an additional fee. I can provide more details about the standard usage license for architects during a consultation.
-
All of my images are intellectual property and registered with the United States Copyright Office. I retain the copyrights to all the images that I create. Images are licensed to clients for specific use and duration based on the clients needs. This is standard practice for artists working across all types of industries.
To learn more about licensing commercial photography, check out my blog post here: https://digitalartthatrocks.com/blog/2020/11/10/what-is-a-usage-license-a-clients-guide-to-licensing-commercial-photography?rq=licensing
-
Simply fill out my contact form, we'll schedule a one on one consultation through video chat (or phone call) to discuss your project. Once I have all of the details ironed out and articulated in the form of an estimate, I just need signed approval so we can schedule your photo shoot on a mutually agreeable timeline in order to complete your project.
-
There are no half days in this industry. By the time I charge batteries, format cards, pack gear and load it into my vehicle, drive to the location I'm photographing, walk-through the space, unload and set up my gear, deal with any challenges or delays on a shoot, break down my gear and load it back up into my vehicle, return to my office, unpack my gear, download and backup the images from the days shoot.....you see where I'm going with this...
Additionally, when I'm working on a project for a client, I'm "all in" so to speak. That means, your project is my priority and has my undivided attention at that time. What I can do is offer cost sharing options to help reduce the cost of a project
-
Sharing the cost of a project is a common and valuable practice. Whether you face budgetary constraints or just want to save some money, it can be helpful to consider other parties who might benefit from photographs of your project: the property owner, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, product manufacturers, consultants, tenants etc.
Digital Art That Rocks™ charges a licensing fee for each additional cost sharing party. The project total is then divided by number of cost sharing parties involved, which can lead to a significant savings for each client.
If any of these cost sharing partners have additional usage needs that extend beyond the usage rights granted in the standard license can be billed separately based on their additional usage needs.
-
No absolutely not. In my view I would be doing my clients a huge disservice by not completing the post production myself. Post Production truly is an extension of the creative process and helps me provide my clients with a finished, stylized look and an aesthetic quality that shooting alone just doesn't provide. Not to brag here, but my post production skills have brought my imagery to the cover of Photoshop User Magazine as well as international recognition.
-
No, clients are strictly prohibited from redistributing or "sharing" images from the shoot with any third parties.
Licensing my work is what allows me to make a living as a photographer and pay the bills. In order to avoid copyright infringement, any third parties interested in licensing these images must contact Brian at Digital Art That Rocks™ for licensing arrangements based on the parties individual needs. Brian can be contacted via email or by filling out my contact form https://digitalartthatrocks.com/contact
